With our shop system we enable an effective distribution of your merchandise via the Internet. The shop will be adjusted to your existing web-design and will seamlessly be integrated into your existing website. We will manage your service by warehousing, shipping and handling your monetary transactions.

Online-Shop

Basis for our service is the set up and – more importantly – operation of an Online-Shop which is integrated into your existing website. For your customers the shop appears as part of your website as will be designed just like it. We handle all the necessary steps from the arrival of your merchandise at our warehouse up to the goods being delivered to your customer to you receiving your money.
We stock the goods at our warehouse and answer all your customers’ questions, constantly updating your product range, shipping the orders and handling all monetary issues.

The Online-Shop includes the following services:

User Interface
Our shops were especially developed for the sale of merchandise. We made the set up as user friendly as possible.
The offered goods appear on the welcome page and can be viewed from different angles as well as in detail. The customers neither have to have credit cards to order, nor do they need to login.
Even new Internet users will find it easy to order. Just have a look at our order form to get an Imprintion of their user friendliness.

Design
The Online-Shop’s design will be completely integrated into the appearance of your website, so that the customer still seems to be on your website. We ensure that all the articles will be displayed accordingly. This includes several pictures; all articles are photographed with and presented by models. Moreover, we quickly take articles that are out of stock or outdated from the product range, and put in new ones. Our customers appreciate this timeliness. Nothing is more annoying than the picture of your desired article with the indication “out of stock”.

Technology
We integrate the Online-Shop into your existing website. The shop system is hosted by our servers. Therefore you do not have any operating expense or technical expenditure.

Shipping
The goods are stored at our headquarters in Berlin. We can always keep track of whether an article is about to run out and we have to reorder. We ensure that every item ordered before 5:00pm (European Central Time) is shipped out on the very day of placing that order. Within Germany, articles are sent out by Deutsche Post, and worldwide by DHL. Even your Japanese fan club will be able to enjoy your product.

Payment
To enable the buyer an easy and safe process of payment, we offer all the usual methods of payment:
Credit card, debit card, advance payment by bank transfer, C.O.D., as well as cash via registered mail. In doing so, a smooth monetary transaction is guaranteed even in countries outside of Germany.

We conduct the daily monetary transfer with your customers; and once a month we balance accounts with you.

Customer Service
We answer all questions by customers concerning articles, payment or shipment, in German, English, French and Spanish. Only Japanese might cause a little problem.
